Corporate Account Authorisation Form

 

Please note only an 'Authorised Signatory' is permitted to complete this Form. This is essential for including all individuals, who will be granted access to your GCEX account.

 

Authorised Signatory: An individual authorised to enter into agreements and/or execute any agreement with GCEX, and/or authorised to execute trades, request deposits/withdrawals/inter-account transfers, whitelist bank accounts/wallets and add additional authorised persons to the account. Please note in order to approve an Authorised Signatory, the individual must provide a scanned copy of their ID and proof of address via email to the GCEX Compliance Team: compliance@gc.exchange.

 

Authorised Admin: An individual authorised to execute trades, request deposits/withdrawals/inter-account transfers, whitelist bank accounts/wallets and add additional authorised persons to the account. Please note in order to approve an Authorised Admin, the individual must provide a scanned copy of their ID via email to the GCEX Compliance Team: compliance@gc.exchange.


Authorised Dealer: An authorised individual who can execute trades, request deposits/withdrawals/inter-account transfers.

 

Authorised Whitelisting: An individual authorised to request and manage whitelisting of accounts or wallets and can view balances and statements but does not have access to execute trades or access trading systems.

 

Authorised Operator: An individual authorised with read only access to view balances and statements but does not have access to execute trades or access trading systems.

 

Acceptable Supporting Documentation 

Please note that if you add an 'Authorised Signatory' not previously registered during the onboarding process with the GCEX Compliance Team, you will need to provide a certified copy of a valid photo ID and proof of residency no older than three months.

 

1. ID Requirements:

  • A passport, driver’s license with photo, or a national ID card with photo.
  • The ID must be current and clearly display the individual's full name and date of birth.
  • The signature must be visible.

2. Proof of Residency Requirements

  • May include a bank statement, utility bill (gas, electricity, or landline), national ID with address, driver’s license with address, or a letter from a national government.
  • Documents must have been issued within the last three (3) months, displaying the individual's name and address.
