Corporate Account Authorisation Form

Please note only an 'Authorised Signatory' is permitted to complete this Form. This is essential for including all individuals, who will be granted access to your GCEX account.

Definitions

Authorised Dealer

An Authorised Dealer can execute trades, request inter-account transfers, and manage client activation and deactivation on behalf of the Authorised Signatory. They may also request withdrawals. Please note in order to approve an Authorised Dealer, the individual must provide a scanned copy of their ID via email to the GCEX Compliance Team: compliance@gc.exchange.

Authorised Operator

An Authorised Operator can request and receive account statements and respond to general inquiries on behalf of the Authorised Signatory.

Authorised Signatory

An individual authorised to enter into agreements and/or execute any agreement with GCEX, and/or authorised to request withdrawals and whitelist Bank Accounts/Wallets. Please note if you choose to add an Authorised Signatory not previously registered during the onboarding process with the GCEX Compliance Team, scanned copies of Supporting Documents such as a valid photo ID and proof of residency must be submitted to the GCEX Compliance Team: compliance@gc.exchange.

Authorised Whitelisting

This user is authorised to request and manage whitelisting of accounts or wallets and can view balances or reports but does not have access to execute trades or access trading systems.

Acceptable Supporting Documentation

Please note that if you add an 'Authorised Signatory' not previously registered during the onboarding process with the GCEX Compliance Team, you will need to provide a certified copy of a valid photo ID and proof of residency no older than three months.

1. ID Requirements:

A passport, driver’s license with photo, or a national ID card with photo.
The ID must be current and clearly display the individual's full name and date of birth.
The signature must be visible.

2. Proof of Residency Requirements

May include a bank statement, utility bill (gas, electricity, or landline), national ID with address, driver’s license with address, or a letter from a national government.
Documents must have been issued within the last three (3) months, displaying the individual's name and address.
